ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete vehicle inspection and maintenance checks before route departures • Work Shifts from as early as 4:00 am • Arrive at pick-up locations as punctual as possible • Accurately complete required paperwork for every pick-up/delivery • Fulfill all security and logistics plans outlined by the customer during onboarding • Safely load and store all valuables for route delivery • Maintain customer discrepancy and custom security protocols • Utilize delivery tracking technology, ensuring customers have access to their tracking information from the start to the end of routes • Maintain dispatcher communication • Trustworthiness • Supervise loading/unloading trucks when shipments are received or when doing a delivery. • Must also assist with vehicle maintenance and usage monitoring, security of any transfers or disposals of products, and other administrative duties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Valid Driver’s License • Valid FOID and Concealed Carry License (CCL) recommended* • Clean Driving Record • 21+ years or older • Ability to pass a background check • Must be able to carry/lift 35+ lbs. • Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods of time • Strong time management and customer service skills • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws • 1+ years of security experience • Previous cannabis industry experience preferred but not required • PERC card applicants preferred • SARS Covid-19 vaccine strongly encouraged for in-person work * NANIS Logistics will help you acquire a FOID and CCL if you don’t already have one. ***Perc Card and CCL licensing strongly preferred for this position***
